Sujascribe ("we", "our", or "us") is a provider-focused clinical documentation application developed and operated by Suja HealthTech / CareAxes. The application is integrated with the CareAxes Hospital Management System (HMIS).

Sujascribe does not independently own or manage healthcare records. All clinical and user-related data is maintained within the CareAxes Hospital Management System (HMIS) and is controlled by the respective healthcare institution.
